After so many court hearings, the results are finally out and that should mark the end of Ming Yi's exciting story. Im not a fan of his, nor am i the follower of his news, but it has been on the papers constantly and everyone in the newsroom were discussing about it today so it's hard to ignore.

The ex—CEO of Ren Ci Hospital, Ming Yi has been sentenced to 10 months jail while his gay partner, or as what they called, the former aide, 34—year—old Raymond Yeung to 9 months’ imprisonment.

Do you think it's enough?

Ok lah, as compared to Mr T.T. Durai who was jailed three months in June last year, Ming Yi's punishment is heavier. But well considering the fact that he made an unauthorised loan of S$50,000 and give false information to the Commissioner of Charities, i seriously think that the duo should deserve heavier punishment.

As a highly revered monk who runs a charity organisation, u actually betrayed the trust given and could have used this sum of money to help more people.

And even after today's court's sentence, alot of devotees are still paying respect to him and helping him. He even rears a horse, such an expensive high class hobby he has! BLINDED, totally.

And guess what, both of them filed an appeal and are now out on bail. Our dear Mr Raymond is still leaving for Hong Kong tomorrow. So rich and obviously the sentence doesn't bother him!

Christmas is coming, im so looking forward to it. I LOVE XMAS! Its the festival that i love most.

During xmas, the streets will turn into a pretty sight, shopping centres will be decorated with all the bling blings, there will be xmas sales everywhere, and there's lotsa delicious turkeys and logcakes. There will be christmas carols everywhere and the whole world is out to celebrate! :D

For that day, I will turn into a christian, go church to feel the atmosphere. And spend the whole month of december writing xmas cards and preparing xmas pressies for people who matter to me. There's gona be gift exchange with AJC peeps and of course, the usual gift exchange cum dinner with FUNGIE! i love to prepare presents for all my friends!

Unfortunately the rest of our friends are attached, so won't have to time to spend with us :( but i hope we can have a chalet cum barbecue this year, something that we have not done for a long long time!

Papa and Mama will be spending their xmas with the dance aunties, how nice! This the season to be jolly, fa la la la la, la la la la! :)

When im married and have have a house next time, i would want to have a xmas gathering / xchange / dinner and invite all the friends to our house to join in the fun! And i will cook a scrumptious dinner, just like Julie! :D

And if i have a boyfriend to spend my xmas eve, that will be the best xmas ever! :)

Everyone was out for lunch. I am watching news.

Suddenly, a phone call came, informing that there was a serious flood along Upper Bukit Timah Road, Sixth Avenue. According to some callers who are drivers, the water level has reached the car's window, approximately at knee level.

Engines have died, cars cannot move and there was a massive jam. A father who was fetching his son to NJC for A Levels exams was also stuck.

Great. Within 15 mins, I received 9 calls about Sixth Avenue flood and nobody is in the office! GANCHIONG-NESS! I called the father to do a phone interview. I called the SCDF to ask the current situation. And the traffic watch aunty was more panicky than me, keep calling me to tell me how bad the flood is.

Everyone came back, asking why am I like Siao Cha Bor. Reported the matter to editor and continue to write and edit, aiming to broadcast at 3pm.

Finished editing the soundbites and writing the lead-in. Ready for broadcast at 3pm.

I felt a sense of achievement today :)

After finishing that, i rushed off to meet Fungie. hehe, wanted to get a present for Michelle so we met in Thomson Plaza. After buying it, we went AMK Hub for dessert at MOF.

Korean shoes are a trend now. I always wanted to get one, but couldn't find one that I really like. Not that I really really really in love with this pair, but it's one of the cheaper n not bad looking one. Im still searching for a nice brown korean heels, one that needs to tie shoelace kind.

how come it seems more like my birthday! LOL

i like the drunken prawns. the butter crab was so-so only, i prefer the butter crab from melben, at least can taste abit of spicy curry leaves taste. ah yi bought the mango cake from some famous cake shop. but they are famous for chocolate cake -_-

met up with the yac group last week too! some of them are seniors and i havent seen them before! miss the fun and supper sessions that we always have!

so i went kitty lab on sunday with mel, shuli and mike! expoooo, so FAR!

no phototaking inside, so sad can! i thought i can do a feature on it. anwayss it's damn cute laaa! melvin is late, so we went in without him!

we completed all the stations within 35 mins and got ourself a good citizens badge. yes i noe it's kinda lame. but who cares! look, even mike, the guy, is wearing it and feeling proud of it! LOL

Mike bought Shuli a Diana F+ LOMO CAMERA for her birthday! awwww, so sweet! so we spend time taking photo with it. Note: we are holding it to take photos but not take photos with it, because none of us knows how to use it!! -_- LOL

We had 5 sets of tepanyaki instead of 4! seafood, seafood and more seafood!! yummy, all fried with garlic! WE ARE A BUNCH OF HUNGRY PEOPLE! slurps!

I LOVE THE BAMBOO CLAMS! i wana eat it at seafood paradise but it costs $10 for 1! freaking expensive! here also expensive, $8.99 for one! but it comes in a set, so don't feel the pinch! LOL

Catch my gf is an secret agent before heading home. it was a funny show! reached home around midnight but i had insomnia! cuz i had a test on monday!

And we manage to complete the games within 35 minutes, hence receiving a good citizenship badge. Then went Tampines for yummy Tepanyaki and "My GF is an agent" movie.

Sometimes alot of issues are considered as to if i wana take up a job. it may be the company, the people, the prospects, the distance, the salary etc. And of course, there is nothing call PERFECT because somehow there will be a missing factor. Worse if there are many missing factors. It just means that job is crappy. IMO

i guess i have been quite lucky with all the jobs that i had done because people is often not an issue to worry. i meet real nice people who have helped me in many ways. I am a silent worker and I always treat myself as a "intern" to go there and learn. Most importantly, i don't have the 野心 to climb the corperate ladder.

Just give me a job and that's all.

I had a job offer lately which im struggling if i should take it. Of course everything there is much better than the current one, but there is a single factor that makes me hold back. But well, it's a secret.

Sometimes people just don't understand the meaning of news hotline because they just treat it as a counselling phonecall where they call in to cry and cry about their situation and ask us to help them. It's rather depressing at times. I am not the MOM, bank, ICA, polyclinic, doctor, government nor president! And this is not a 万能电话热线！
