Another Day of Rest

Today is another day of rest at home. Thankfully im getting better, so tomolo i will be going back to office to do work, and continue the one man's show battle! :)

On Saturday when I had Numerology lesson, Mr Ong said something about me which i totally agree. Then i started to ponder...

Actually being an aunt agony can be good and bad sometimes. Good in the sense that friends confide in you and u can share the other person's burden together.

But it will no longer be good when the other person's problem has affected me and become my problem. Worse, when i feel that it had been affecting me too much and i decided to put a stop, we may not become friends anymore.

Sometimes, 真的不得不相信缘分。

I have seen so many friends come and go. Some stay for a while, and left. Some turn from love to hatred. Some, when we do not do smth together or share an interest anymore, the friendship fades...

As a 旁观者, it seems so much clearer who is in the right, who is in the wrong. but becuz being a friend, and knowing that self esteem is very important, i have to be super tactful to what is being bring across. Any wrong words may sound to the other person as not standing by his / her side.

其实，很多事情都是很容易解决的。可是当事人坚持证明某些事，一直不停地在钻牛角尖。原本与我无关的事，最后好像变成我是伤者。

让一切平息吧，这样大家也会快乐点。 :)

On a second note, i haven been doing justice to my students lately. The hectic schedule really made me tired. When i reached Renena, i will be too tired to even teach.

Private tuitions are worse, i have practically cancelled all of them for these few weeks and thankfully they are a bunch of nice parents.

Now that i have 2 days of rest at home, i hope my brain has started working and gathered sufficient energy to continue the battle.

今年对所有小六和中四学生都很重要。我绝对不可以放弃任何一个人！

我生病了！

It's like FINALLY!

After so many many things, so many burnt weekends, so many emotions upheavals, so many tuitions, so much work...etc etc...

i was OFFICIALLY SICK ON FRIDAY!

When such a glutton like me doesnt have appetite, and only takes 1 small meal for since friday, something is really wrong.

i cant understand why doesnt interns have any leave.

WE ARE HUMANS!

and seeing that some of my friends work on weekends, getting all drain out, yet some cant even get time-off...that's like working slave!

but well, for me, i guess it just serve me right for having too many activities. but YAC PRODUCTION finally finishes during the weekend. Thank you all who came to support and who has given me support in one way or another. especially chris, who has helped me with the dance steps. hehe.

*Happy Birthday to somebody* :)

Received a call from Lishan and Rayven yesterday. Oh well, Aedno is expanding and they need full timers to help them in the developmental aspect, which means tuition as secondary, but doing all the marketing, branding, logistics, admin work as primary.

Well, I didn’t take it seriously, cuz firstly, I wasn’t graduating soon like Lishan, and secondly, I wasn’t expecting myself to go back to AEDNO. Although it sounded like my future is secured after I graduate, but I couldn’t see prospect in it. why work for somebody when you have the capability to do it yourself?

And it was only Rayven’s planning to expand the tuition centre, and this idea doesn’t have a concrete planning, and it may just flop. And now, you have to worry about how to build up this reputation, how to bring in students, and how are u going to explain to the boss if business is not doing well.

But well, when he has finally set up another branch, then I shall consider his offer. So Lishan, go for it! :D

I will be going for rehearsal tonight. Didn’t like their disorganized meetings, and there is always somebody who is not informed about the rehearsal. Anyway, my performance is on this Friday 8pm and Sunday 4pm. Admission is free, but you have to RSVP.

Well, I didn’t really advertise, cuz I myself didn’t feel that I was prepared or I am really performing.

Oh did I say wad I was performing?

I am involved in a play.

But an under-rehearsed play.

So don’t come! Haha

Yes, busy busy busy. Last Friday was a public holiday, thank god it was a public holiday! I can sleep late and go gai gai with the 2 lings. Aunty went Indonesia for holiday with my precious camera, so that leaves me with no photos for this week. And the sad part is, I were out playing this week! 

Luckily fungie had a powerful camera and we took photos while we were shopping! Fungie brought this top from Dorothy Perkins and we took a shot in the dressing room.

Then we went to Isetan @ Wisma, I was so hooked to THE BOX and I bought this whole set of clothes which I tried. Fungie was trying to take a vain shot of me while I was trying to model in front of the mirror. Oh wells, she succeeded la. :p

Then we went to eat high tea at pasta café. Omg! At that moment, I so hated myself without a camera! The food there is pretty good with a reasonable price!

Then XL came and we went to search for Jun Yue’s and Andrew’s birthday pressie. Bought both of them 2 tops each from TOPSHOP.

Next, we went back to DIAN XIAO ER @ AMK HUB for dinner. 7 of us. including: Jun Yue, Andrew, Tommy, Weibo, Khin Khin, Xiaoling and ME! IT’S A PITY I DON’T HAVE MY CAMERA!!

After eating a very expensive meal, which cost us $200+, we went to xiaoling’s house to play mahjong. The PROs were trying to teach us and we had spent like close to 30 minutes for a round of game. Oh gosh.

ENJOYABLE holiday after the stress from work. 

Saturday, oh well, had piano lesson and numerology lesson as usual. My piano teacher invited me to his performance at night. It was 中华文化节@Raffles the Hotel, Jubilee Hall. And he will be playing all the piano 伴奏. It was rather screwed up because my AS USUAL UNTIDY TEACHER was trying to look for every single piano scores high and low on stage, and there was a few times he cldnt find the scores and playing it off hand.

I drag mummy to watch with mi cuz aunty doesn’t like my piano teacher. Rah!

We left halfway, cuz I wana get more clothes from isetan. So I drag mummy to isetan@wisma again and I bought another 4 pieces from chic room. Spent like $160 plus. Hehe

Sunday was tuition at renena as usual. But last Sunday, chris and I had a spring cleaning and we mopped the whole renena like mad. Oh gosh, I always thought renena is very small until Sunday. The floor mopping seems never ending.

By the time we are done, we were so damn tired. But I die die also must drag chris to Chinatown, to see hk tour pkgs! Haha. If not, we forever wont go. At least now, we can check out the prices of JET ASIA and the hostel prices.
And we cab back home and I went home to rest before going for another tuition at night! Kill me!

In the end, I was so tired , my body is aching and I really drop dead.

Both of us thought we were tired cuz we mopped the floor. But it wasn’t for that reason.

Another BUSY weekend

My singing lesson for this term has come to an end. Last friday, we took a group photo together with weiqiang lao shi. The photographer took 8 blurred photos from my camera. this was the best out of them.

well, blame my lousy camera too. i shall get a good one real soon...~~

On Saturday, i spent my time sitting in a numerology class and learning it. it is smth new to me and it is very itneresting. the teacher, peter ong, is a very experienced numero-palmist. shuiling and i have went for his reading before.

it's amazing how he can tell u wad is surrounding ur house, when he onli noes ur block and unit number (note: i didnt give mi my address during registration). and its more amazing how by looking at ur car plate number, he can noe wad happen to ur car in the past, and he can even go to details like:"oh ur car got bump at the LEFT lamp on 2007..."

well, perhaps when im jobless next time, i will go and be a tarot-astro-numero-lamist! WAHAHA!

at night i met ah gong, aunty and mama and we went FOOD AND BEVERAGE FAIR in suntec!


It wasnt as crowded as before, perhaps they have organised too many food fairs in a year that people are just tired of going anymore. but, we still bought alot of things home! we bought two 500g of bak kwa, yam paste, lotus rice, QQ rice, cod fish etc etc...it was tiring but im sure we had fun.

yesterday was indeed a tuition marathon. i have nnever give tuition to so many students, for so long hours in my entire life. and i think i can just switch to full time sunday tuition.

930-230: tuition in renena. consists of p6, sec3 and sec 4 students doing different things at overlapped time slots. . thats 5 HOURS!

4-6pm: tuition with linsey. p5 eng lish and maths. supposed to be held at sat but it clashes with my numerology class.

7-9pm: tuition with barnabas s4 A maths.

after 9pm, i simply drop dead in my daddy's car.

luckily chris bought a filling lunch for me. how filling? see below!
u think its no big deal right? just a packet of rice? nono..let mi do a comparison.

AND aunty has to use 2 PAPERS to wrap our rice! STUNNED!

the originally very yummy curry rice didnt taste as good as beofre. i guess i was digusted by the many dishes and the size of the packet that made mi lose my appetitie! this is the first time i didnt want to finish the rice. say welcome to higher cholestrol and more fats! haha

ah jo went to pulau unbin on sat and keep showing mi her arms and trying to convince me that she got darker which i refused to agree. so in the end, the 2 girls, mee hong and ah jo keep airing thier arms infront of mi, that i decided to just put it in my blog. but i didnt dare to put it so big if not i think ah jo will kill me. haha
