ONE. TWO.

1st thing in my mind:
Convocation is next Friday, 24 July 09, 2pm. This is the day when Im officially not consider a student?

I requested for extra invitation cards so that I can invite my ah gong to view my graduation ceremony as well. But well, I didn't get any extra invites in the end :(

我真的希望那些一直爱我、为我牺牲、付出和努力的家人可以参加我的毕业典礼。

2nd thing in my mind:
I haven't try to apply leave for this but if it succeed, mean I will be leaving for Japan ALONE.

I will be in Kumamoto for at least 5 days ALONE. And maybe meet professor during the presentation day to present.

I have yet to apply for school subsidy.

I have yet to do a powerpoint presentation for the conference.

I have yet to check out the air tix and buy tix.

还没去，心里就战战兢兢。
自己一人出国，
真的有点恐惧。

Student Handbook Photoshoot

The school which I am working in is doing a student handbook. So i helped out in the photoshoot last Thursday.

Got some students' help by asking them to play their instruments. We also spent the whole Wednesday after trying to organise all the arrangements and instruments.

Changed into my T-shirt and pants, ready to go.

STRESS!

Because:
- I am not PRO!
- I only have my one and only pathetic kit lens...
- We only have a few students to help us (reluctantly) with this, so got to make it crisp and yet making sure that it's not too empty!

It's like mission impossible!

Last Weekend

LAST SATURDAY:
Thank you to the annonymous person who introduce Lishan to Wax In The City. (She thought I was the one. High possibility lah, cuz Im the one who always do pedicure. But NOT ME this time!)

So we get to enjoy a pedicure (for me) & reflexology (for Lishan) at a very very very cheap price. I only paid $7 for my classic pedicure! And they are using a full range of OPI products lor, it's really worth it.

So we got lost in Tanjong Pagar while trying to look for the shop. And by the time we reach there, we were already 30 mins late. They have alot of services beside mani/pedi and reflexology. Initially I wanted to do brazilian there. But considering that I need pedicure more, and dunnoe if it's clean and safe doing brazilian in a unknown plac, so ya, I chose pedicure in the end.

I think Wax in the City's boss is really smart. Why?

Because all their sales managers are HANDSOME YOUNG CHAPS!
Considering 98% of their customers are ladies,
and ladies cant resist the charm of YANDAOs,
I am sure these young and handsome guys sure bring in lots of sales for the company!
Aunty thought I would die in their hands,
HA! SHE IS WRONG OK!

I didn't fell into the temptation of these guys...
But actually the greatest concern is,
THEY HAVE A REALLY EXPENSIVE PACKAGE!
Their buddy package cost $400+ or $700+ per person!
If it's $200, I may still consider lor.

And the male sales manager came to talk to me the moment I start doing pedicure lor
makes me feel like he is some 牛郎
ask what did I do the day before lah,
why look so tired lah,
work where lah, stay where lah...

The first thing I said to him was:
"你是不是要来卖我 package? 我没有钱！" LOL

It's true lah. NO MONEHHHHHHHHH!
So we left hurriedly after he didnt manage to sell us packages...

Though keep claiming that we have no money,
we had our dinner at Hyang To Gul Korean Restaurant in Amara Hotel! HAHA!

With Lishan,
we always ended up eating all korean restaurants in spore! SO MISS KOREA!

The BBQ Beef wasn't better than Daidomon, in my humble opinion. And the waitress is simply rude lah.

AND with Lishan,
we always ended up in some restaurants that we have problems paying the bill! LOL
Crystal Jade is like that,
this time also like that.

We don't have cash, we have NETS. But the restaurant doesn't have NETS.
ALAMAK.
So after eating, I went over to Tanjong Pagar Centre to withdraw money.
-slaps forehead-
And it was raining heavily and I was without an umbrella. -_-

Of course we managed to pay the bills after tt...


LAST SUNDAY:
Finally met up with YAC peeps for KTV Session. (MIA: Shigong and Eugene and Krist and Jill and etc). It has been postponed and in the end, only Shijie, Mel, Zhentong and me went!

KTV was at TOPONE in Bugis. They have Hotpot for all weekend dinner KTV (comes with free flow of drinks)! At first I thought it was those ministeamboat for each of us, and so I skipped lunch for that.

YUAN LAI, it was just maggie mee or dong fen in chicken miso soup or ma la soup. And I was still hungry after that lo.

Yup, this was what happened last weekend!

SUBJECTLESS

麻木的人生

It's a raining Wednesday morning,
everyone is trying to squeeze into the stupid Bus 76
SO ANGRY LAH!
Because they are just going to all alight at Ang Mo Kio MRT Station.
(Actually I cannot get angry lah, coz Im like that too! -_-)

So in the end,
I stood at the bus stop and see my Bus 76 drive past me without stopping.

If I miss this bus, I am going to be damn late.
Bobian, quickly board any bus to go MRT station and see if I manage to catch my 76

HENG AH! Manged to run to the bus and squeeze in!
到学校后，几乎整身都淋湿了，冷死我了！

When you start working,
your life becomes so mundane that there is nothing much to blog about
everyday is work, work and work.

Except for a dine-out during a weekday,
and perhaps another dine-out on a weekend...
麻木的人生！

其实很庆幸自己有这么多好友，
让我相信“心灵相通”真的存在。

那天刚好想起对方，
那晚就收到对方的简讯。

就算现在不常见面。。。

That's early

I left office at 8.30pm last night,
It's only 8.30am and I am already back here.

I must be crazy.

今天要加班！

今天穿上自己很喜欢的新黑色 lace 高跟鞋，
心情也变得漂亮起来了。

那天找不到适合的工作服，
不是没有我的尺寸、不然就是没有我要的款式，
幸好最终买了一件非常合身的 skinny long pants，
一点也不需要改，太棒了！

漂亮的鞋子，
合身的长裤，
这美好的开始，
足以让我的一天开朗了起来。

需要让自己保持轻松愉快的心情，
因为：

- 今天要加班！以前离职的员工今晚会回来给我 training。
本来今晚下班后要赶去补习，没办法啦，只好改天！


- 今天是星期四。明天是星期五、后天是星期六、大后天才是星期天。3天。
这3天我已经把自己的行程排满满。

要保持心情愉快，
把自己累死，
太好了！

FYP 昨晚差一点把我搞跨，
需要的资料我已经找不到了
唯有尽力去写齐全然后交
连我自己看了，
都能算到应该又会要重改。

教授已经把去日本的一些资料电邮给我们，
现在机票蛮便宜的
$441 (including tax) 就能飞往日本
conference 为期3天 （星期五、六、日）
期待到日本！
不是期待在 conference 必须做的 presentation
而是期待在 conference 之余的闲逛时间，
这就当作是我的毕业旅行吧！

已经10点了，
又要开会咯！
