I saw this poster outside K Box and I say I want to take it! So I took a shot of it with me!
Since Pebbles and I want to watch Cape No. 7 (海角7号), so we went to watch it! And while waiting for the show to start, we went Far East to gai gai. Pebbles bought a bag from Funcdeko!

We went to try this hk desert place in Far East, which looks pretty new and has a good variety of hongkong deserts. The above is called mango nuo mi zi, wrap with fresh mango. This is the BEST of all the others we have tested. Rather disappointed, especially with the yang zi gan lu.
I think 记得吃 is much better.
Ok, have watched Cape No 7, HAHA and erm well, perhaps becuz im not a taiwanese, i dun realli feel the WOW-ness that many taiwanese felt about the show. But u noe, just sit there, enjoy the moments by the beautiful sea, seeing how those small towns produce talents, and how the love letters from 60 years ago continued to this generation, although it has not much link to the whole thing)....and wow, i didnt noe fan yi chen is so handsome and sang so well!

Went to meet a mask buyer at woodlands before heading home. and coincidentally, there was xmas light up at amk hub! lotsa people crowded around this xmas tree! there was snow foam.

Saturday was shooting day! The second and last major shoot? Hopefully. But after this shoot, we kind of lost in our direction again. it's like: What's Next?

Sunday! I havent been going for Rubber Stamping Class for a long time, and they are now working on creative xmas card with new techniques and new stamps, so decided to sign up for a class today.
And I made this! THIS IS MY HARD WORK for two hours k! It's called a waterfall xmas card. You can pull the strip at the bottom and you will see four different designs. COOL RIGHT! LOVES!
Met Eileen to explain abit on financial planning. It's time to plan for future since I have got so many dependents...
Then met Lishan and her boy for dinner at Raffles Place Thai Express. It has been a super long time since I ate there. i think the last time i ate smth at thai express was after my jc days?
Anyway, i had a plate of glass noodle. Not bad, but i still miss the thai food at sweet salty spicy.
Went to Esplanade to watch First Light. It's a production by Toy Factory. Talks about 7 deceased singaporeans who have gathered together in the netherworlds after facing the greatest adventure in life - death.
and in order to move on, each of them has to recount the most significant moment in their life.
the most memorable character to me, was the story of the teacher (by Mia Chee). firstly she talks about how she planned her own death. she suffered from cancer and didnt want to do chemo in fear of losing hair, so she chose euthanasia - planning her own funeral, her own time and date of death. and she chose her death date to be the same as her bday so that they families can do celebrate her birthday and death anniversary together. then she mentions about hw she spend her says one week before her death by going bali, and making love with her husband hours before she passed on.
but as the show progress, she revealed that she has told a lie. her husband n her didnt make love. instead, her husband already has a mistress for a long time. and when the teacher revealed to her husband that she is suffering from cancer, instead of standing by her to give her support, the husband told the teacher that he is going to marry the mistress after she died. Useless guy!
Second most memorable character, or rather a pair, was the story of a taxi driver and his wife. his wife has died earlier than him but the wife suffered from stroke and lost of memory, so couldnt rmbr the husband at all, even after both of them died and met at the other world. the taxi driver is such a devoted man that during last 5 years before his wife passed on, he would go and visit her at the nursing home everyday, telling her stories about them, talking to her abt his daily job, even though his wife cant recognise him at all. and he recollects about their first date...
well to me, losing memory isnt really a lose out thing. at least u have the chance to see the world in a different light again, which not many will have the chance to do it. and u will get to re-understand a person again from a different perspective?
Anyways, tonight was the last show. kudos to the casts! :)
After the show, when the YAC gang gathers, its bound to be noisy! haha
