Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails....

Birthday Celebrations

We share the same birthday, and how can we not celebrate together! Brad and I decided to try Big D Grill at Holland Drive. Eating a $28 Pork Chop in a normal non air con kopitiam is simply ridiculous. And I think only CRAZY people like us will go there.

Then walked around Holland Village before taking a bus to Ulu Pandan Road, a ulu place to eat Haato ice cream. Holland Village is really nice, too bad I live v far away and din have much chance to explore the place. Anyways, we walk really deep in to Haato, it's a shop near a condominium, pretty exclusive.

On the actual day, I went to attend Food Photography Lesson by Leslie (ieatishootipost) at Si Chuan Dou Hua (UOB Plaza 60th Level). This is my 1st time going up to 60th level, the view here is magnificent.

So we get to eat and learn some food shooting tips. This is the floating dim sum which I was experimenting.

After which, met my family to have dinner at Oasis in TPY. I celebrated my birthday there last year too. I think it is suitable for families and much healthier, since it's porridge. Unfortunately, this year, only grandaddy, mum and aunty were free to have dinner together. the rest of my family members were busy :(

And as usual, every year without fail:
MY GOODWOOD PARK DURIAN CAKE!

The next day, I met my fellow MFSS friends to have a picnic at Botanical Gardens. We wanted to do it at the beginning of the year but the plan failed. So we decided to try again.

The weather is hot, but it's sunny enough for picnic.

The guys were looking at the map, trying to locate a good spot for picnic.

The rest of us are playing with Andrew's dog named Pricey.

Nice weather right!

Big feast! Grandaddy cooked Bee Hoon for me! :D

"What's the design on the agar agar?"

And it's used as my birthday cake. LOL

Then we spend the rest of the time playing Citadel. V confusing at first, but after u get the hang of it, it's very fun!

Pricey! Sorry I still don't dare to carry her. LOL

Look, lan tian bai yun. Pretty sight.

All of us were too engrossed in the game. So when it's night time, we shifted to the pavillion to continue playing. This game can last for two hours.

Group Photos!

And the pressies...

DKNY WATCH! SO pretty!
Thank you Lishan, Jie Ying, Michelle, Meiling, Yue Yin, Xiaoling, Khin Khin, Jun Yue, Andrew, Tommy and William :)

And Thank You FUNGIE for the sunflower! Love love! :)

After that met Chris and Ah zhi for supper. Treated them to Melben crabs. Take it as a farewell since I wont be meeting them that often anymore? :)

Met Rj, Pebbles and Ade for dinenr at Lau Pat sat yesterday.

Went for Dim Sum ala carte buffet at Mariott Hotel with Brad, Catherine and Josephine today.

Oh mine. This is enough.
No more food for me till end of the month! -_-
