My amusing interview

My interview today was AMUSING.

Started interview at 10.40am, the manager ask for my resume, certificates and my written work. But she never flip my resume and certificates at all.

The first thing she noticed, was the two magazines that I brought to show her. And this is our conversation:

She:"Oh! So you work for XXX before?"

Me:"Yes, for a year."

Then I showed her one of the food review which I wrote for the restaurant.

She:"Great! You are hired!"

She stood up to shook my hand. Im like wtf?

Our conversation didn't last for more than 3 minutes!

She:"I let you celebrate xmas first, see you on 5 Jan!"

Throughout the whole session, Im stunned. I just sit there and HUH at every word she said. LOL.

Me:"HUH, wait wait! There aren't other applicants for this post?"

She:"Yes there is. I looked through a whole lot of resumes and I only ask u to come for interview. I know what I want."

stunned again. Im sure NTU careerhub has given her quite a number of candidates.

Then we started some casual chat where she told me it's a very casual working environment here. And the place has just been renovated and this is a new team and there will be more brands coming up next year so it's gona be busy. Bosses are fine and casual, especially blah blah blah.

Me:"Oh u mean the yandao?!"

She:"Oh you know him hor! HAHA, he yandao meh? I will tell him this, he will sure hire you immediately."

Me:"-_-!!"

Everything happened too fast. too fast, too fast. and by 10.50am, i was out of the office. My aunty thought I kena chased out of the office. LOL

o_O

Damn amused.

Why do i always meet such gao xiao people. Why is my interview also so gao xiao one! hello normal earthlings, please come out and say hi to me.

Christmas is coming, I shall not torture my students. So I made xmas card with little corliss today. I taught her how to write "妈妈", i cut the xmas card design while she will colour and write in the greetings.

See her so serious at work. Do my work also never so serious lor! "白云" write 3 weeks still cannot remember. Just got scolded from me! RAH!

She still cant really control her hands and her 比划, that's why abit messy. But it will get better, im sure :)

Oh they didn't lock the gate and as i enter the house, their stupid big brown guard dog ran v fast towards me and i just screamed. WAHLOU EH, I thought Im going to get bitten. Stupid dog, see me for 3 years liao still want to bite me! RAH

Her mummy like my hair! whee! :D

Look at her, look at her! Doesnt she resemble somebody?! YES YES! SHARLENE! My sec 5 student! OMG! the 酒窝 and her smile all the same man! GOSH, why do i always have students who are so sharlene-like! LOL

讨厌，她的酒窝那么漂亮。我嫉妒！

This girl really know how to take photo. She very fast sit beside me, put her head beside me and smile innocently which im still like finding my iphone. so cute *pinch*

i call her 宝贝 most of the time.

But when she doesn't know how to write "白云", i will 联名带姓 scream at her!
