Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails....

Random

It was a long weekend. A tiring one.

A weekend for me to rush reports, reports and reports.

Although I have completed half of them, the feeling of uncertainty is still there. Sometimes, some things are better to be done alone. It’s like, either you do it, or we discuss and end up nowhere.

Stiff neck is causing headache.

A stressed up girl is a grumpy girl.

Granddaddy and Aunty visited Grandaunty in the hospital today. I don’t like hospitals. 那是一个充满着悲伤、很可怕的地方。The ambulance, the wards, the corridor still reminds me of granny’s death. So I chose not to go with them.

I think the saddest thing is life is not about getting stressed up with piles for to-be-completed reports. It’s when you know that you are nearing the end of the journey and are just waiting for the day to come. All alone.

Although I am not close to grandaunty, and can’t even remember her face, but I pray that she leaves this place without pain. Granddaddy came home and keep telling us that it’s useless to have so many kids when none of them bothers to visit their dying mother during weekend or holidays.

How strange, everyone is so busy with their own lives that relatives don’t meet each other often, except during:
1. Chinese new year
2. Wedding dinner
3. Funeral

This is especially so when all of us have grown up and have our own lives. I still remember clearly how a bunch of cousins would also plead our mummys to organize a dinner gathering so that we can meet each other. There was a time when I fell so ill but I insisted on going.
Well, that applies to friends too. Meetups are rare, and it’s usually during birthdays.

有点可怜.

I guess I am still not used to adulthood.

“每个人心中都有一片池塘。我们小时候用来投微笑的池塘。那里有着我们最初的梦想,有我们最初的回忆。后来,荒芜了,那是每一则神话最完美的交代。。。”

Dr Masaru Emoto is a Japanese author known for his controversial claim that if human speech or thoughts are directed at water droplets before they are frozen, images of the resulting water crystals will be beautiful or ugly depending upon whether the words or thoughts were positive or negative.

Heavy Metal (see, it's not pretty)

Thank You
